个人简介

方坚松1986年出生,广州中医药大学科技创新中心研究员、北京协和医学院(清华大学医学部)药理学专业博士毕业,国家留学基金委公派克利夫兰医学中心博士后。2019年获得中国药理学会青年药理学家奖【全国共8名】,连续三年(2020-2022年度)入选美国斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。长期从事基于网络医学框架下的中医药学新技术新方法研究,发展系列原创的中药网络医学研究方法及工具,服务于中医防治疾病的现代生物学基础、中药及天然产物(或老药)的靶标发现、机制阐明、以及复杂性疾病(老年痴呆及肿瘤)的转化医学等研究。目前累计以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature子刊Nature AgingCell子刊Cell Chem Biol (IF=9.0)Genome Biol (IF=17.9)Med Res Rev (IF=12.3)Brief Bioinform (IF=14.0)Acta Pharm Sin B (IF=14.9)等期刊SCI论文51篇,累计一作及通讯影响因子346分,其中中科院一区文章15篇。在Nature GeneticsCell MetabolismNature Communications等期刊合作发表论文40余篇。以上论文1篇入选ESI全球高被引论文,1篇被世界学术组织Faculty Opinions(原F1000 Prime)点评推荐。谷歌学术引用2650余次(H因子30)。主持国家自然基金面上项目(82074278,在研)、 国家自然青年基金项目(81603318,已结题)、广东省教育厅生物医药与健康重点领域专项等10余项课题,申请相关专利及软件著作权4项。
